Career Network Execution
Growth Track participants are integrated into the KEEP Career Network where opportunities pass through the community first. Core operations include professional profile optimization, mentor matching, and internal referral loops before jobs go public.
Monthly expectations include one profile upgrade action, one mentor session, and one opportunity application cycle with documented feedback.
Skills Scholarship Integration
The KEEP Skills Scholarship model is used to sponsor high-impact youth credentials where cost is a barrier. Disbursement is institution-directed, progress is tracked, and recipients report outcomes back to the ministry.
Priority pathways include trade certifications, technology bootcamps, project management credentials, health pathways, and other programs with clear income uplift potential.
Entrepreneurship Cohort Flow
Growth Track is the natural entry point for youth with business intent. KEEP's six-month launch cohort turns ideas into operating ventures with structured milestones and accountability.
- Month 1 - Idea validation and market research with real customer checks.
- Month 2 - Business plan completion and legal structure setup.
- Month 3 - Brand, social presence, and practical launch identity.
- Month 4 - Financial projection, pricing clarity, and margin protection.
- Month 5 - Sales strategy, pitching discipline, and first customer targets.
- Month 6 - Public launch, accountability review, and directory enrollment.
Impact Metrics
Growth performance is tracked through practical outputs: job referrals, certification completions, salary improvements, business launches, and portfolio progression. Data is aggregated with dignity and used to guide coaching focus and resource deployment.
