1. Acceptance and Scope

By accessing or using The Apostolic Church-Ghana, Afrancho Central Assembly, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms apply to the public website, member-facing tools, youth and ministry forms, giving pages, community participation features, public content experiences, and other digital services operated by the church under the same ministry identity, unless a separate written policy or agreement clearly applies.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the affected service or feature.

2. Eligibility, Accurate Information, and Accounts

You must provide accurate and current information when submitting forms, creating accounts, posting public content, or making donations. If you use a member, forum, directory, or administrative account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity carried out under your account.

• Do not impersonate another person, ministry, business, or church officer.
• Do not create an account or submit information on behalf of another person unless you have authority to do so.
• If a submission concerns a child or young person, parent, guardian, or responsible-adult authorization must be obtained where required.
• We may request verification, suspend access, or refuse publication where identity, authority, or submission integrity is uncertain.

3. Acceptable Use and Ghana-Law Compliance

You may use the site only for lawful, respectful, and ministry-appropriate purposes. You must not use the platform in any way that is abusive, deceptive, harmful, disruptive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or inconsistent with the laws of Ghana.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access to protected accounts, administrative functions, private records, or server-side systems.
• Do not scrape, bulk harvest, export, or reuse member, donor, reviewer, or contact information without authorization.
• Do not introduce malware, destructive code, fraudulent transactions, credential attacks, spam, or disruptive automation.
• Do not upload or publish unlawful, obscene, abusive, threatening, misleading, infringing, or safeguarding-sensitive material.
• Do not interfere with moderation, security controls, audit processes, or the normal operation of the church's digital services.

Conduct of this kind may result in suspension, content removal, access restriction, reporting to relevant authorities, or other action under applicable Ghana law, including the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772), as amended, and other relevant laws of the Republic of Ghana.

4. User Submissions, Public Content, and Moderation

You remain responsible for anything you submit to the church through the site, including testimonies, prayer requests, replies, reviews, directory entries, youth or membership forms, counselling requests, business profiles, event or job submissions, and uploaded media. You confirm that your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it.

If you choose a public-sharing option, or if you use a feature designed to publish content publicly, you grant the church a non-exclusive right to store, display, format, moderate, excerpt, and distribute that content for ministry communication and community use, subject to our Privacy Notice and internal moderation standards.

We may refuse, edit, hide, unpublish, or remove content where reasonably necessary for pastoral sensitivity, safeguarding, accuracy, legal compliance, platform integrity, or protection of the church community.

5. Community Features, Directory Listings, Reviews, and Job Posts

Member forums, business directory entries, reviews, job-board postings, community replies, and similar features are provided as church-supported community services. Publication or continued visibility is not guaranteed. Some submissions require manual review before they appear publicly.

• The church does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, legality, or business performance of third-party listings or user-generated reviews.
• The church does not guarantee employment, vendor selection, commercial success, or member-to-member transactions arising from community features.
• Users are responsible for carrying out their own diligence before relying on a listing, job advertisement, review, or public recommendation.

6. Donations, Payments, and Designated Campaigns

The site may support general giving, special donations, scholarship fundraising, or other ministry campaigns. Payments may be handled through approved third-party processors and may be subject to additional processor terms, anti-fraud checks, transaction verification, or bank rules.

You are responsible for confirming the donation amount, campaign designation, contact details, and other payment information before completing a transaction. Questions about failed, duplicated, mistaken, or disputed payments should be reported promptly. Any reversal, correction, or investigation is subject to applicable law, processor rules, banking constraints, and church review.

Nothing on this site guarantees tax treatment, financial return, or regulatory treatment of a donation unless the church expressly issues a separate written statement to that effect.

7. AI-Assisted Features and Automated Tools

Parts of the site may use AI-assisted or automated features for chat responses, extraction of flyer details, content support, search-style assistance, summaries, personalization, or administrative convenience. These tools are provided for informational and operational support only.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. They must not be treated as binding church doctrine, guaranteed factual publication, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, mental-health emergency guidance, or a substitute for direct pastoral oversight.

Where church decisions affect publication, moderation, approvals, or pastoral care, human review may still be applied even if an automated or AI-assisted tool supports the workflow.

8. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated, the church's branding, design, written content, ministry materials, curated datasets, page structure, and original media on this site are owned by or used under permission by TAC Afrancho Central. You may view and use the site for personal, devotional, informational, ministry, or community purposes consistent with these terms.

You may not copy, republish, sell, mirror, systematically extract, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the site without permission. Third-party names, Bible texts, app links, social platforms, maps, embeds, and media remain subject to their respective owners' rights and terms.

9. Third-Party Services and External Links

The site may link to or embed third-party services such as maps, livestream platforms, social media, app stores, payment providers, cloud-hosted media, or external ministry resources. Those services are outside our direct control and may have their own terms, privacy notices, and availability standards.

We are not responsible for third-party sites, platforms, or services except to the extent required by law. Your use of those services is governed by the relevant third-party terms.

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, limit functionality, or decline submissions where reasonably necessary for security, safeguarding, moderation, technical maintenance, legal compliance, or breach of these terms.

We may revise these terms from time to time as the church's digital ministry expands or as legal requirements change. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of this site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
