YMin Mission
YMin is a strategic initiative to identify and develop the ministries of young people, provide support for weak churches, and promote grassroots ministerial formation. The Youth Ministry believes that every young person has a God-given calling and unique gifts to be discovered, nurtured, and deployed for Kingdom impact.
Why YMin? The future of the church depends on raising a new generation of leaders, ministers, and servants who are equipped to serve in every area of church life. YMin is designed to:
- Identify and mentor young people with ministry potential.
- Provide training, resources, and opportunities for service in the local church and beyond.
- Support weak and emerging churches with youth-led ministry teams.
- Promote grassroots leadership and ministerial formation among the youth.
- Encourage every young person to discover, develop, and use their gifts for God’s glory.
