Scripture Focus
Luke 18:1 - Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.
Reflection
Jesus used the parable of the persistent widow to illustrate that prayer is not a one‑time event but a continual posture of dependence. The kingdom’s promise rests on believers who bring their needs before the Father, trusting that He hears each earnest cry.
Let us therefore set aside moments each day to converse with God, letting prayer shape our decisions, relationships, and work. As we persist, the Holy Spirit will renew our hope, and we will witness His faithfulness, encouraging the church to stand firm in confidence.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, teach my heart to seek You without ceasing, to trust Your timing, and to rest in Your faithful love. May my prayers rise like incense, drawing near to Your throne, and may I never lose hope in Your answer. In Jesus' name, Amen.
