The goal is not to be busy everywhere but to be rooted deeply enough to serve with discernment.
A great helper also grows in speech. Words can either steady a room or scatter it. Emerging ladies should learn to speak truth without cruelty, encouragement without flattery, and correction without pride. When the heart is disciplined before God, the tongue becomes a tool of peace, direction, and restoration.
